TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of gadgetzeno.com (the "Website") and your purchases from GadgetZeno, an online store operated by True Pixel LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order. If you use the Website on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
2. Accounts
If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Products and pricing
We try to describe products, images and prices accurately. Colors may vary slightly by screen. All prices are in US dollars. We may correct errors in pricing or product information and may cancel orders affected by an obvious error, with a full refund.
4. Orders and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as stock availability, pricing errors or suspected fraud; if we cancel after payment, you receive a full refund. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store full card details.
5. Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered by Standard Shipping in 3–5 business days. Shipping is a flat $2.99 per order. See our Shipping Policy for details.
6. Returns and refunds
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility, return shipping costs and refund timing.
7. Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order. Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. Orders that have shipped can be returned under our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The GadgetZeno name, logo, website design and original content are owned by True Pixel LLC. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.
9. Prohibited use
You may not use the Website for unlawful purposes, attempt to access our systems without authorization, submit false information or interfere with the Website's operation.
10. Third-party services
We use third-party providers for payments, shipping, hosting and analytics. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Website is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer that cannot legally be limited.
